Hedin's unique style is called "Soft Sculpture". She finds fabric after she as emerged herself into a new place and then creates inspired by the energy of that location. These pieces are Dutch inspired and the fabric was purchased in Rotterdam after spending a week in Amsterdam. The Netherlands offer so much for the creator to glean from. The people, the buildings and the rich culture of arts are very thought provoking.
